What data is collected
Only what you send yourself: name, telephone number, email address, what your enquiry is about, your preferred language and the content of your message.
The website collects nothing automatically. It uses neither cookies nor visitor statistics, so I cannot see who visits the site or what you look at. More about that on the cookies page.
How the contact form works
The form sends nothing to this website's server. When you click «Skicka» (Send), your own email program opens with the details filled in, and the message is sent from there to cdcaroldelgado@gmail.com. Your data is therefore never stored on the website: it goes from your email to my inbox.
Why, and on what legal basis
The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, if you want to take things further, to advise you in connection with buying or selling a property.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request before entering into a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your data is not used for newsletters, advertising or profiling, and there is no automated decision-making.
Who else receives it
Your data is not sold and is not passed on for marketing.
Because contact is by email, your message is handled by my email provider, Google Ireland Limited (Gmail). The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), but since the form goes through your own email program, your data never passes through that server.
If a transaction goes ahead, data may need to be shared with the parties the transaction requires, such as a developer, bank, notary or legal representative. That happens only where it is necessary for what you have asked for, and you will be told in advance.
How long it is kept
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and the contact that follows. After that it is deleted, except for anything the law requires me to keep, such as accounting and tax records if a transaction takes place.
You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or request restriction of the processing, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. You can also withdraw your consent whenever you wish, without affecting processing already carried out.

If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), which is the supervisory authority because the business is established in Spain.
